The deliverable presents the co-development and testing of financial planning tools designed to help MPAs identify funding needs, gaps and suitable financing options. Results from five Living Labs show that effective financial planning depends not only on available financing mechanisms, but also on governance structures, institutional mandates, capacity and the adaptability of tools to local contexts.
